Project Manager - Existing Installations

Your main responsibilities

Account Management - Build and manage favorable client relationshipswith building owners and property managers to secure and renewmaintenance/service agreements. Respond to customer inquiries andprepare estimates to ensure satisfactory resolution. Negotiate contract
terms favorable to the company while also delivering on customerrequirements. Drive sales KPIs including Time and Material processing,repair bookings and capital planning. Partner with Business Services Centerto validate accounts receivable information, ensuring timely and accuratepayments.


Operations & Field Management - Build a safe and effective teamenvironment by leading field technicians to ensure maintenance meetsquality standards as well as contract requirements. Responsible forcoordinating routes, scheduling, ordering parts and verifying payroll
accuracy while assuring fulfillment standards. Educate technicians onprocesses, tools and standards through training and performance programsthereby continuously improving service delivery. Manage logistics andimplement preventive maintenance strategies


Communication, Collaboration & Problem Solving - Act as a liaisonbetween internal stakeholders and customer to investigate, resolve andaddress any operational challenges that may arise. Maintain relationshipswith local IUEC business agents and communicate effectively to resolvedisputes.


Partner with New Installation and Modernization Project Managersduring contract conversions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboratewith engineers, technical service staff, and contractors to optimize projectworkflows and identify potential efficiencies or improvements.


Quality andSafety - Perform regular site inspections to deliver exceptional service,maintenance, warranty and repair offerings. Conduct Field Safety Audits atrequired intervals to ensure technicians understand and follow safe work
practices. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

What you bring

Bachelors degree or an equivalent 5+ years ofexperience, preferably in a similar function such asProject Management, Account Management orService/Maintenance management


Strong problem-solving, timemanagement, communication andinterpersonal skills; ability to managesensitive employee relations with provenleadership skills


Resourceful, well organized, highlydependable, efficient and detail oriented


Proficiency in MS Office suite Required


Flexibility to be on-call as needed andbalance a mix of office and fieldwork


Working knowledge of SAP andelevators/escalators


Adaptability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment


Ability to empathize, listen and connectwith people to form outstandingcustomer relationships
