Call Center Representative

Infinity Replacement is our dedicated window and door replacement business, bringing Marvin's legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation-making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

Are you a people person who thrives on connecting with others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to support our Marvin Replacement business. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers-guiding them toward the right solutions and setting the stage for successful sales appointments.

Engage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs
• Educate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we're the right fit
• Follow up with leads to keep conversations moving toward appointments
• Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information
• Analyze past interactions and take steps to reschedule missed appointments
• Accurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce
• Refer leads we can't serve to our trusted business partners
• Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, pay based on experience

Schedule

• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
• Shifts include (but are not limited to):
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a call center type of environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
