The Sales Manager is a leadership position responsible for the delivery of agreed upon sales targets in terms of overall Term Net Margin and Energy Volumes and for growing market share in electricity, natural gas, demand response, load management programs, and sustainability offerings in the specific geographic area of responsibility. The Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives focused on commodity sales and value-added services such as renewable and sustainability options sold through energy brokers. The Sales Manager is also responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the company initiatives to grow the business within a defined geographic area. The role will require developing & executing team and regional broker sales strategies, coaching Account Executives on broker strategies, sales techniques, product knowledge, managing the broker pipeline effectively, and developing employees for future growth and success in the energy industry. The base salary range for this position is: $103,840 - $171,360. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
