Job Description Shape the future of Investments at Allstate.We're looking for a strategic-minded business generalist with a background in Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Investments to join our Investments team-a function that manages an $80+ billion portfolio and contributes nearly 50% of Allstate's earnings in a typical quarter. This role is the center point and quarterback for strategic initiatives within Investments. You'll work directly with senior leadership to challenge the status quo, explore innovative approaches to Investments as a business, and maximize its utility to the enterprise. What You'll Do:
