Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Work alongside Supervision and the employees in the Laser Shop assisting in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Meeting customer demand while maintaining quality requirements and managing cost.
• Participating in the coaching and development of employees.
• Always supporting the company's metrics.
• Be able to assist in problem solving and contribute in solutions.
• Be able to deliver clear and concise direction to employees to keep them on task.
• Be able to multi-task throughout the day.
• Computer skills: Microsoft office & Epicor.

This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and auditing safety conditions in the Laser Shop
• Operating and troubleshooting machinery both N/C and Manual equipment.
• Familiar with scheduling the shop to meet shipping targets.
• Experience in ensuring fixturing and cutting tools are available to meet scheduling needs.
• Familiar with coordinating process flow between different departments.

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $24.00 - $37.00.

Differential: Position offers a $1.00/hour lead premium.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
