Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Equipment Provided Start Date: February 16 Schedule: Fulltime, various shifts between 8 AM-11 PM EST Location: 100% Remote Industry: Mortgage / Financial Services Support (Experience not required) About the Role We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a variety of ongoing customer outreach campaigns (no straight cold calling!). In this role, you'll work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment, engaging with former and active customers to provide information, support, and routing to the appropriate teams. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, comfortable on the phone, and looking to grow within a dynamic team. What You'll Do * Make outbound calls through our automated dialer as part of specific mortgagerelated campaigns. * Receive and handle inbound customer calls. * Identify customer needs and route them to the correct department. * Follow scripted call flows while maintaining professionalism and strong customer engagement. * Adapt as campaigns change based on business needs. What We're Looking For Required: * High School Diploma or GED * 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience * Prior outbound dialing experience (comfortable handling rejection) * Ability to work in a highvolume, fastpaced environment and multitask effectively Preferred (Not Required): * Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services experience * Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, or phonebased sales experience Shifts Candidates may be assigned to one of the following Monday-Friday EST schedules based on business need: * 8 AM-5 PM * 9 AM-6 PM * 11 AM-8 PM * 2 PM-11 PM The more shiftflexible you are, the stronger your consideration. Additional: * Must be comfortable working one Saturday morning per month (you will receive a weekday off that week). * Training will likely run 9 AM-6 PM EST. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
