From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Employee Services Associate based in Londonderry, NH.

As an Employee Services Associate, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to creating a clean and inviting space for employees and providing yogurt to employees at the 10 Burton Drive facility. The role includes supporting the Employee Services Manager with employee appreciation initiatives. Additionally, the Employee Services Associate will collaborate with Kitchen and Housekeeping Teams to align duties with the company's goals and values.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a clean and stocked cafeteria, emptying cafeteria trash, cleaning counters, appliances, tables including foyer and outdoor patio.
  • Wash dishes, pans ect from cafe and in house lunch program using commercial dishwasher.
  • Assist kitchen staff with end of lunch service cleaning including mopping the kitchen area.
  • Observe all food safety and handling rules.
  • Keep employee yogurt fridges filled, neat and clean.
  • Go out to the refrigerated warehouse and QC area to get yogurt orders
  • Help with employee events during the day and in the evenings 6:30pm - 9:00pm when needed.
  • Kitchen vacation coverage.
  • Monitor and maintain the self-servicing micro market with fresh foods.
  • Assist kitchen staff serving lunches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education
  • High school diploma is preferred
  • Experience
  • 3+ years in cleaning, food service or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Certifications and specific knowledge
  • ServSafe certified, or working to become ServSafe certified within the first three months of accepting this position or be able to provide proof of another food handler's permit.

Mon - Fri 9a - 3:30p

32 hours Benefit Eligible
