Customer Service Rep

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform daily mail and package sorting and deliver to various floors and POG rooms

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Delivering of both mail and packages to designated floors
  • Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Sorting of daily mail
  • Scanning of delivered packages for internal tracking purposes.
  • Delivering of paper to service centers as needed
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors.
  • Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.
  • Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.
  • Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.
  • Experience with data entry is desirable.
  • Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending.

"The pay range for this position starts at $17.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
