Job Summary: The Client Services Administrator will play a crucial role in assisting the Client Services Manager in facilitating the smooth execution of projects by handling various administrative tasks, including requisition fulfillment, inventory management, and on-site support for installations and transportation. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping for events.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Assist in counting physical inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Assemble event packages including set prints, event orders, and graphics for inclusion in outbound freight to event site.
  • Perform other duties in support of client/project requirements/staff requirements.
  • Act as an active member of project teams, participating in kick-off and status meetings.
  • Ability to work a flexible and demanding schedule as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • One year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to fifteen pounds regularly, fifty pounds frequently, and occasionally more than one hundred pounds.
