Survey Crew Member II - North Little Rock, AR!

Halff has a current opening for a Survey Crew Member in our North Little Rock location. This position requires working outdoors assisting a Land Survey crew. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30am. What you will do:

• Operate Robotic, conventional, and GPS survey equipment to measure topographic features and boundary evidence accurately and efficiently in support of land development, route, utility, and other land surveying projects.
• Assist the Party Chief in conducting land development, boundary, design, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying activities.

What you will need:

• Prefer 1 year of experience as a surveyor working on topographic, boundary, DOT, or ALTA surveys.
• Prefer experience with Trimble GPS and Conventional equipment.
• Understanding of Computer Technology required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong ability to ensure accuracy. There is very little room for error in this position.
• Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally.
• Must be dependable and responsible regarding punctuality and attendance.
• Must be able to work starting 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel 25-35% of the time.
