Date: Jan 15, 2026 Location: Company: The Cyber Physical Systems Group tackles key problems in the convergence of cybersecurity and the physical world in an interdisciplinary research and development environment. We focus on developing new capabilities in the areas of cyber-physical techniques for the DoD, intelligence community, and federal agencies. Key technology development thrusts include unconventional methods of system exploitation, testbed development and introspection, and gaining cyber intelligence from novel sensors and signal analysis techniques. Background/Need:
The Cyber Physical Systems Group is seeking an exceptional and dynamic IT Systems Administrator and Engineer to bolster our team in a blended role. This pivotal position involves the design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our classified network systems and audio/video collaboration infrastructure, all while ensuring mission success, compliance, and security. Roles and Responsibilities:
* Architect and sustain leading-edge multi-level A/V and computing solutions across our classified conference spaces. Required Qualifications:
* Thorough knowledge of videoconference hardware, software and network connections and experience troubleshooting complex technical issues. Desired Certifications:

Certification DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) - Yes Degree Level Bachelor's Degree - Yes Experience CISCO (Networking and Security Hardware) - 3 years Currently holds a Top Secret Clearance - Yes Hands-on experience working with audiovisual media and hardware - 3 years Government Policy/Regulations Hardening Linux and Windows systems per RMF and DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides - 3 years IT Security Policies (NIST/RMF/JSIG) - 3 years Networks Computer Networking (TCP/IP and UDP/IP communication) - 3 years Programming Powershell and Ansible (or other programming languages) - 3 years Soft Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communications - Yes Additional Must Have:
Systems Hardware: Intel/AMD, Cisco, Sun/Oracle, Dell, Apple, EMC, NetApp - 3 years MS Active Directory, LDAP - 3 years SCCM, and Active Directory - 3 years Strong Backup Experience and Proven Ability to Protect Mission Critical Data - 3 years Systems Administration - 3 years Technologies including DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Load Balancing - 3 years UNIX platform, OSX, Cisco IOS - 3 years Windows Patch Management - 3 years Windows Server Administration (SCI classified environment) - 3 years Windows Server Platform - 3 years Hiring Range: $92,900-$123,000 Disclaimer: MIT Lincoln Laboratory provides a typical hiring range as a good faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to offer for this position at the time of posting.
