About the Opportunity
Dexian is proud to host the 2026 Summer AI Internship Program on behalf of a SOC 2-certified global asset management technology organization. The organization provides highly customizable, a la carte technology and operations solutions delivered through a proprietary investment and operations platform.
Supported by a global team of approximately 150 technology and operations professionals, the organization delivers front-to-back solutions including differentiated technology, account administration, recordkeeping, and investment operations. With deep industry expertise including professionals holding advanced degrees in mathematics, finance, and business, the team builds adaptable solutions that evolve with the needs of modern financial markets.
Program Overview
This internship is designed for undergraduate students interested in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and financial technology. Interns are matched with teams based on their skills and interests, with a strong emphasis on applied machine learning and real-world problem solving within an institutional asset management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Interns may:
- Develop and support machine learning and AI-driven solutions
- Analyze large-scale financial and operational datasets
- Enhance tools within a proprietary investment technology platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams
- Support automation, analytics, and model validation initiatives
- Present findings and insights to technical and business stakeholders
Learning & Development
- Exposure to front, middle, and back-office asset management operations
- Hands-on experience applying AI in a regulated financial environment
- Mentorship from experienced technologists and operations professionals
Qualifications
Required:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and financial technology
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Coursework or project experience in machine learning or data analytics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or data visualization tools
- Understanding of financial markets or investment operations
