Shift Options 1st Shift \| 5 AM - 3:30 PM \| $18 per hour 2nd Shift \| 1 PM - 11:30 PM \| $19 - $20 per hour Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2 years of experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Familiar with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Responsibilities Laminating and bagging cloth, as well as consolidating materials. Sharpening cutting tools to ensure optimal performance. Operating cutting and grinding equipment to meet specifications. Trimming extra material from workpieces to ensure precision. Adapting to changing priorities and working efficiently to meet customer demands. Producing quality products while minimizing material waste. Participating in internal training as required to perform assigned tasks. Performing other duties as needed.
