Job Description
The Naval Reactors Facility Lifting and Handling Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to support a wide range of tasks to maintain reliable, high-quality cranes and weight handling equipment. These tasks include but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will contribute to the Lifting and Handling mission to ensure the continued certification, operational readiness, and safe use of all weight handling equipment at the Naval Reactors Facility. This position will require periodic support of backshift operations and some limited travel. Operations performed at the Naval Reactors Facility directly support nuclear operations of the United States naval fleet. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering; or Currently an Advanced Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or Field (RPCO) Engineer at the Company. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
$85,200.00 - $133,200.00 annually
