The Project Director of Design and Construction oversees the entire development lifecycle of our communities, from predevelopment planning and design through construction and ultimately project turnover. The Project Director manages budgets, schedules, quality of work, and overall project success. As the primary project contact, they coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and jurisdictions while fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of Class A Living Communities across various regions. Salary Range USD $120,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (this role is incentive eligible), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges. This opportunity will be based at our Home Office in Baltimore, and the role will require you to travel approximately 25% of the time to our communities locally and out of state, with some overnight stays.
