We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate the IDEAL Electrical brand across digital, print, and packaging channels. This hybrid role supports creative initiatives in the U.S., EMEA, and Canada, developing and maintaining assets such as packaging, web graphics, collateral, presentations, and trade show content. The Graphic Designer ensures all deliverables meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and global market needs, delivering clear and consistent visual communication. Success in this role requires expert production skills, strong brand execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver design solutions across digital, print, and packaging touchpoints, including rebrands and compliance-driven updates.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, regulatory, and operations teams to define requirements, review proofs, and deploy creative assets.
  • Apply brand standards consistently across all formats, ensuring production accuracy and alignment with core messaging.
  • Support marketing initiatives by creating web assets, social graphics, presentations, training materials, sell sheets, and trade show visuals.
  • Build production-ready files adhering to technical specifications, accessibility standards, translation workflows, and print/digital best practices.
  • Collaborate with global teams to adapt assets for regional relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, DAM systems, and file structures to support version control and cross-functional workflows.
  • Implement updates to website product pages and digital content with high fidelity to brand and UI/UX standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-velocity environment, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused culture and support additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative production.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience creating print and digital assets, with a focus on production standards and quality.
  • Additional creative skills such as video editing, illustration, or animation are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong command of brand systems and visual identity across digital and print channels.
  • Skilled in DAM systems and basic content/web management platforms.

The expected annual salary for this position is between $58,712.00 and $78,968.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
