As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a bustling retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and communicate clearly with guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to deter incidents within the location.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and/or verifying credentials as required.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and local authorities as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
