As a Screener at a major logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening procedures for individuals entering the logistics and distribution location, following all site-specific policies and protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with inquiries and directions related to entry and access procedures.
• Carry out security-related procedures, including checking identification and inspecting bags or packages as required by site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
• Assist with maintaining a visible presence at screening checkpoints to help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited items.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with all individuals encountered during screening processes, upholding the standards of Allied Universal at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
