GENERAL FUNCTION


The Marketing Manager serves as a key partner with both the operations and centralized brand team to ensure marketing resources are applied effectively and efficiently to maximize individual store, DMA performance and overall brand alignment, both corporate and franchise. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the administration of the brand's Neighborhood Marketing Program (C.O.R.N.E.A.) across Corporate and Licensed Operator Locations US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Serves as the lead resource for Marketing Managers, Business Consultants and Territory Directors for the day to day administration and execution of the C.O.R.N.E.A program and drives continued growth of the program.
  • Designs and monitors key KPI's associated with the C.O.R.N.E.A platform.
  • Works as liaison between field and home office and communicates national marketing and merchandising strategies.
  • Partners with marketing leads on annual budget process for field activity in respective DMA.
  • Encourages Licensed Operators to participate in brand sponsored marketing programs.
  • Works closely with field operations to assist Licensed Operators and Corporate Stores on store specific marketing support.
  • Assists with set up of local microsites. Leads set up of Facebook, Yelp, and other social mediums; ensures accurate store information on search engines; monitors Microsite and social media content.
  • Works with media buying agency for media plan development of 2% local co-op funds. Partners with field operations and key franchisees in each market to ensure voting acceptance of recommended plans.
  • Presents plans at co-op marketing meetings and supervises the implementation of approved plans for all markets.
  • Provides quarterly plan updates with all national and local media vehicles to all markets.
  • Meets with new Licensed Operators in the respective DMA to educate them on the elements of Pearle's grand opening program and kit. Also provides education on co-op charter, brand standards and merchandising programs.
  • Supervises the implementation of the plan with agencies.
  • Assists stores with initial set-up of graphics /fixtures and ensures continued compliance with store visual merchandizing.
  • Investigates local market competitive condition and uncovers store marketing opportunities.
  • Partners with all US TD's for approval of all corporate store specific marketing requests, ensuring brand compliance and KPI settings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5+ years' experience - marketing or media experience
  • Experience in planning and execution of local store marketing with responsibility for managing budgets, agency or media partners
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with proven ability to influence decisions of others using consumer and business insights to support rational
  • Strong understanding of key marketing and communications principles including strategy, media planning, promotion and pricing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2+ years of field marketing experience
  • Franchise experience

Pay Range:105,916.53-157,535.82
