The Tax team is dedicated to helping clients navigate a complex tax landscape with clarity and confidence. Our team delivers practical, forward-thinking guidance tailored to each client's goals, offering reliable support through change, growth, and opportunity.
What You Will Do:
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership in delivering tax advisory and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations within the real estate industry, ensuring regulatory alignment and delivering client value
  • Oversee complex tax research and insights, translating technical findings into actionable strategies for clients and firm leadership
  • Ensure quality and compliance through high-level review of tax filings and risk management protocols
  • Strengthen client relationships by delivering proactive, high-impact tax solutions and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor
  • Drive a culture of client service excellence, fostering long-term partnerships and consistent engagement
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
  • Manage project execution and resource allocation, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Support firm growth through strategic planning, client retention, and targeted business development initiatives
  • Expand market presence by representing the firm at industry events and cultivating new opportunities
  • Maintain technical leadership through ongoing education, regulatory awareness, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Promote thought leadership by authoring publications and leading firm-wide training initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
  • 11+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting
  • Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in related field
