Shift Hours: M/T/Th/F - 8:00 am - 5:00 Pm & W 8:00 am - 12:00 Pm

Under general supervision receives visitors and patients, gives general information and directs them to the proper office or person; also sorts, processes and distributes all mail.

Responsibilities:

• Greets all visitors and patients, providing general information and directing them to the proper office or person.
• Handles phone inquires regarding patients and services.| Sorts, processes and distributes all incoming and out-going mail, including sending faxes as appropriate.
• May handle the sale of flowers and plants and is responsible for maintaining financial records of sales.
• Ability to access current patient information including room and visiting status.
• Coordinates the delivery of flowers and patient?s mail.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals; patients, vendors, physicians, staff members and the general public.
• Math skills necessary to make change from flower sales.
• May assist leader with training, scheduling and coordination of associates.| Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
