Job Summary:
The Invoice COE Analyst reviews and validates invoices submitted by Construction Business Partners to ensure accuracy, compliance with project estimates, and adherence to billing rules and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Review construction invoices against approved estimates and design maps (PDFs)
Verify billed items comply with allowed project codes and standards
Identify discrepancies and work with Business Partners to resolve issues
Review and approve change orders when estimates are updated
Coordinate with Finance to request additional funds when budgets are insufficient
Ensure invoices are processed within defined SLAs

Requirements:
Experience reviewing invoices or financial/project documentation

Preferred
Construction, telecom, or cable industry experience
Ability to read and interpret design maps
