Position Description ENSCO, Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company that provides engineering, science and advanced technology solutions that guarantee mission success, safety, and security to governments and private industries worldwide. ESNCO is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in the greater El Segundo, CA area. Our customer is standing up a state-of-the-art suite of enterprise-level applications using an evolving Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology stack. This effort represents a fundamental shift in how the DoD procures and delivers software, leveraging Agile practices common in commercial environments while fostering a collaborative, startup-like culture that values innovation and work-life balance. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be a key technical leader responsible for defining, shaping, and evolving end-to-end software and platform solutions that support the U.S. Space Force mission. You will work closely with users, stakeholders, and product owners to translate mission needs into well-architected, scalable technical solutions, while guiding development teams through implementation. This role requires a strong architectural mindset, deep software engineering experience, and the ability to operate effectively across organizational boundaries, including frequent interaction with government customers and mission stakeholders. The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the US Space Force's Space Systems Center (SSC). We support the Space Force's acquisition of state of the art satellite communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems.
