Sr. Director Financial Controller The Sr Director, Financial Controller provides enterpriselevel leadership for global accounting operations across the U.S., UK, Philippines, and Chile. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting; maintains a strong internal control environment; and leads the modernization of the controllership function as the business evolves. A deep foundation in accounting, technical standards, and global compliance is essential. The role operates within a datadriven, technologyenabled environment and partners closely with FP&A, Technology, and business leaders to drive operational excellence and financial clarity. At ENGIE Impact, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining pay. Actual pay will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity. All offers will be in compliance with all local, state, and federal minimum wage requirements. The target pay range for this position is : $125,900- $211,600. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
