What You Can Expect As the Manager of Quality and Preconstruction, you will lead a team of Quality Control and Data Quality professionals responsible for construction quality assurance and site data validation across ENGIE's Distributed Solar and Storage portfolio in the United States. Reporting to the Project Management Director of Operations, this role partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Operations, and Asset Management to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and data integrity standards prior to completion.

Compensation Salary Range:$135,000- $206,885USD annually Thisrepresentsthe average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIEcomplies withall federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography,experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
