Your Job

As a Product Owner Manager on the Digital Manufacturing - Connected Worker Team, you will be responsible for strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of persona-based mobile applications across GP Manufacturing and Operations locations. Reporting into Digital Manufacturing leadership, you will serve as the product authority for your application area-shaping vision, prioritizing work, and ensuring solutions meet the real needs of frontline users.

Our Team

You will oversee a portfolio of persona-based mobile and web applications, ensuring they are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with GP's Digital Manufacturing strategy. In this leadership role, you will guide product owners, delivery leads, and developers, building a high-performing team that delivers meaningful business outcomes and enhances the frontline user experience.

You will collaborate closely with operations leaders, capability partners, and other technology teams to ensure solutions integrate effectively with core systems, follow enterprise architecture standards, and support GP's long-term digital roadmap.

This role is based in the GP HQ on Peachtree St in Atlanta, GA. It is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office per week.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional digital team, including Delivery Leads, and Developers, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and operational excellence
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Persona-Based and Guided Behavior applications, ensuring alignment with Digital Manufacturing priorities and business objectives
  • Establish and maintain agile, scalable delivery processes, ensuring high-quality epics, features, and outcomes across multiple product teams
  • Manage dependencies and integration needs across front-end applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and core operational systems
  • Partner with operations, capability teams, and vendors to ensure solutions deliver measurable value and scale effectively across the enterprise
  • Define, track, and communicate product KPIs to Digital Manufacturing and Operations leadership, demonstrating business impact and guiding future investment

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience leading digital product teams or technology delivery teams
  • Experience with Agile delivery models and experience operating within scaled or multi-team environments
  • Experience with front-end or Connected Worker applications, including integration, analytics, or workflow technologies
  • Proven experience in aligning diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Connected Worker platforms, persona-based applications, or industrial digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with CMMS, manufacturing workflows, digital management systems, continuous improvement applications, or operational technology environments
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and the realities of shop-floor technology adoption
  • Experience improving team flow, quality, and release cadence using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Background in front-end development, integration technologies, or mobile application delivery
