As the Program Manager | Quote to Cash Transformation at Epicor, you will be the driving force behind largescale initiatives that streamline, modernize, and elevate our QuotetoCash (QtC) ecosystem. You will turn complex challenges into structured, achievable roadmaps-leading crossfunctional teams, modernizing Salesforce and CPQ processes, and shaping operational efficiency for the future. You will guide teams through meaningful change, influence at all levels including the Csuite, and deliver measurable impact across revenue execution, operational scalability, and customer experience.
What you will be doing
  • Lead crossfunctional QuotetoCash transformation programs spanning quoting, pricing, contract management, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Drive full lifecycle program delivery, including strategy definition, roadmap creation, execution oversight, risk management, and progress reporting to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to define business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and financial systems.
  • Design scalable, efficient QtC processes by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks across endtoend workflows.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce application owners and architects to refine and optimize Salesforcebased tools and adjacent systems.
  • Lead executivelevel communication on program status, risks, dependencies, budget, and business impact.
  • Drive change management, ensuring adoption across teams and engaging effectively with groups hesitant or reluctant to change.
What you will likely bring
  • 5+ years leading complex business or operational transformation programs.
  • Strong project and program management background with proven delivery results.
  • Experience in IT, software environments, or systemsdriven transformation work.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar).
  • Background in financial operations, billing, invoicing, or revenue recognition processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally across Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence VP and Clevel audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive structure where needed.

  • Experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ or advanced Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Process design expertise, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to shift seamlessly between highlevel strategic communication and detailed technical discussions.
