ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR Starting at $80,000.00/ year
We're hiring an Administrative Supervisor to assist the CO Springs Operations Manager with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational functions, project followup, reporting needs, and implementation of operational initiatives.
- Support Operations Supervisors in tasks related to service delivery, field personnel support, and process improvement.
- Serve as an administrative resource to ensure smooth daily operations across all divisions.
- Record sick calls and ensure staffing of all unit openings.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing administrative inquiries from field employees, partner agencies, and leadership. Code and enter attendance information and lost unit hours.
- Assist field personnel with scheduling and payroll issues.
- Ensure full and appropriate staffing of units to minimize lost unit hours.
- Initiate Personnel Action Notice for all employee status changes.
- Provide customer service to field employees.
- Coordinate and direct the activities of the Scheduling staff, applying fundamentals of leadership and supervision while promoting teamwork.
- Perform or coordinate fair and impartial investigation of incidents, personnel matters, complaints, and
ensure their timely resolution. - Evaluate personnel in the performance of their duties. Provide counseling, remedial training or
disciplinary measures as necessary. - Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations if applicable, counsel and provide disciplinary actions to assigned personnel with a goal of developing a team-oriented approach with positive results.
- Assist in driving performance management.
- Assist in creating, updating, and implementing policies and procedures associated with EMS operations.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative projects as assigned by the Operations Manager or General Manager.
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring issues are promptly addressed.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
- 3 years of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) experience as an EMT or Paramedic preferred.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, which includes previous experience working independently, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- Driving record in compliance with GMR policy.
