Loan Officer \| Start Date: March 9, 2026 Scottsdale, AZ 85257 - Onsite * Hours: Mon-Fri, ~8 AM-5 PM (OT as needed) Type: Permanent (Fulltime)* What You'll Do * Train directly under topproducing mortgage bankers and leadership-learn real sales tactics with handson coaching. * Work warm leads from multiple referral and marketing sources; master the CRM and loan origination systems. * Guide clients through loan options and the approval process while delivering toptier service to customers and referral partners. * Compete, collaborate, and grow-participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives in a fastpaced, goaldriven culture. What You Need to Bring No mortgage experience required-you'll be trained and companysponsored for licensing (NMLS SAFE exam). Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commissionbased experience. Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people; excellent phone, written, and inperson communication. Organized, proactive, and a problemsolver who thrives in highexpectation environments and wants to earn big, not just clock in. Recent grads encouraged to apply.
