Overview
Redefine the way Help and How-to videos are built for Microsoft 365 products and services for hundreds of millions of customers. As digital learning accelerates, creating impactful video content is more vital than ever to drive customer adoption of AI. As a Technical Producer, you'll join the Content Excellence Video team -- a group focused on generating videos that empower customers to master new technologies and spark curiosity -- and play a key role in helping to pioneer a new way of producing visual materials. This role fuses creative production, design thinking, and technical fluency into a single builder mindset. You'll use AI tools to create agentic solutions -- meaning AI-powered agents or automated workflows such as prompts, no/lowcode automations, or scripted integrations -- to automate tasks like script writing, asset assembly, screen capture, metadata tagging, and publishing. Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
