About the Role

The Contract Coordinator plays a key role in developing and executing global category strategies for IT software and services. This position partners closely with business owners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery, competitive pricing, and strong vendor relationships while supporting financial planning and long-term sourcing objectives.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Global Master Category Strategies for IT Software and Services
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes to support sourcing initiatives and competitive cost delivery
• Conduct supplier business unit reviews to align on current and future technologies
• Support business owners with issue resolution and relationship development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop year-over-year product and service cost positions
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality solutions that support financial and sourcing plans
• Attend internal and external workshops to drive continuous process improvements
• Support supply base optimization and strategic sourcing priorities
• Leverage enterprise spend to identify cost savings and spend reduction opportunities
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to align on strategic category vision and savings goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation
• Experience managing vendor relationships within purchasing, sourcing, or logistics environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Progressive mindset with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and best-in-class sourcing practices
