Production Operator I

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Accurately manufacture batches by measuring, weighing, and adding ingredients according to established procedures.
• Operate production equipment-including pressure kettles, mix tanks, pumps, and scales-in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of a fullface respirator when required for specific materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules in a fastpaced environment.
• Document production activities accurately using computer systems and digital tools.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating opportunities to enhance processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong math and measurement skills to ensure precise batch preparation.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends when needed to meet customer demand.
• Proficiency using computers and navigating multiple systems; experience with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs (22.6 kg) and perform physical work in a production environment.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including fullface respirators.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes or equipment.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience in batch manufacturing or operating mix tanks, pressure systems, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP or other manufacturing documentation systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in fastmoving environments.
