Business Change Manager

ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

The Wilton Business Change Manager (BCM) is responsible for leading the people side of change for ASML's most strategic and impactful factory initiatives relating to business processes and IT improvements within the Wilton Factory. As part of the Operational Excellence (OE) organization you will partner closely with project leaders, subject-matter experts, IT and functional teams to ensure changes are understood, optimized, adopted and sustained. The BCM also drives factory-wide maturity of organizational change management, embedding relevant skills and knowledge within the organization.

Role and responsibilities

In alignment with ASML's organizational change management methodology, the Business Change Manager is responsible for leading the peopleside of change for strategic improvement initiatives within Wilton Factory. Key responsibilities include:

Change Planning

  • Define, integrate, and execute a comprehensive change plan as part of highimpact improvement projects for Wilton Factory.
  • Assess the scope, complexity, and readiness needs of each initiative and translate them into actionable change activities.
  • Perform structured change impact analyses and define corresponding actions to support behavior change, readiness, and successful adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct stakeholder assessments to identify levels of influence, impact, and support.
  • Develop and execute targeted stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project sponsors and leaders, helping them understand and fulfill their role in enabling change.

Change Execution

  • Identify, manage, and escalate peoplerelated risks and issues that may affect project deployment, collaborating with the appropriate leaders to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with OE specialists, program managers, engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to ensure change management is integrated into project planning from the start.
  • Translate complex technical or process changes into clear, actionable messaging tailored to technicians, engineers, and leadership.
  • Support the rollout of ASML Wilton's highestpriority programs (e.g., process redesign, system deployments, operational transformation) by ensuring changes are clearly understood and successfully implemented at all levels.

Monitoring, Reporting & Adoption

  • Report change progress, risks, insights, and adoption indicators to leadership teams.
  • Measure deployment success and adoption, using defined KPIs and readiness metrics to guide corrective action.

Build Change Capability Across the Factory

  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on change management principles, behavior adoption, and high performing team practices.
  • Facilitate workshops for leaders and teams to strengthen alignment, clarify expectations, and enable effective transitions.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in change management in (large) business process & IT improvements projects (e.g., ERP/ S/4HANA implementations)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to learn and apply new information, tools, and methodologies quickly.
  • Confidence in interpreting data, information, and documentation to support decisionmaking.
  • Proven ability to identify bottlenecks, assess root causes, and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all deliverables.

Communication & Facilitation

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, audiencespecific messaging.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops, discussions, and trainings for diverse groups.
  • Adept at building trust, addressing resistance, and navigating difficult conversations constructively.

Execution & Adaptability

  • Ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with shifting priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and interdependencies.
  • Skilled at partnering with project managers and technical teams to integrate change management into broader program plans.
