Overview

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Trade Accounts to join our team!

The Supervisor, Trade Accounts provides supports and/or leads the client acquisition and/or industry partnership opportunities and retention efforts for assigned business units. This includes the management of strategic industry relationships, implementation of service, and other sales-related initiatives for a variety of client and/or industry partner audiences-current, prospective, and consultant.

Successfully satisfies the needs of our industry partners through necessary account management and implementation support that results in significant market share and profitability and conveys a powerful corporate image to the marketplace. Ensures on-time and quality completion of projects, through a collaborative effort with the Patient Services, Clinical Services, Enhanced Services, and Trade teams and cross-functionally with internal and external customers. This position contributes to the department goal of improved efficiency and capture of strategic client or partner opportunities, through process improvement and competitive positioning. The Supervisor, Trade Accounts may contribute to the achievement of departmental employee recruiting, development, and retention objectives by supporting training, coaching and departmental succession planning.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

    Serve as a leader by setting clear team goals/monitoring goal progress and training/mentoring team members. Lead a team of 3 or more Trade Client Services Coordinators.
  • Ensure daily work output/targets are met in an accurate and timely manner, escalating urgent or time-sensitive matters appropriately using professional judgment and based on business need.
  • Establish a credible image through business knowledge in presenting, selling, and implementing appropriate program-specific business solutions for customers.
  • Develop materials for and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for strategic partner accounts. Receive customer's feedback and provide answers/solutions and any follow-up data or metrics as a result of QBR discussions.
  • Identify and successfully support business needs of prospective customers during the implementation phase as well as provide on-going support.
  • Provide program-specific solutions (products and services) that will result in the customer's business improvement.
  • Cross sell bundled solutions by merging customer strategic objectives with those of Navitus Health Solutions.
  • Support the management of relationships with Hub Vendors to ensure target goals of programs (i.e.KPIs) are met as defined.
  • Effectively network and leverage relationships with pharmacy partners in the territory to drive results.
  • Act as a liaison for customer by recognizing and defining problems; analyze relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
  • Support the proposal analysts by developing proposal content and repository based on organizational and client based strategic initiatives.
  • Daily oversight of the Trade Client Services Coordinator team to ensure appropriate and timely management of operational needs from the client.
  • Support business unit's client acquisition and industry partnership opportunities and retention efforts by drafting original, creative, and persuasive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents (e.g., presentations) for a variety of industry and client audiences-current, prospective, and consultant. Sales support activities can include project coordination (e.g., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordination), follow-up correspondence, and reporting.
  • Proficiently understand and continuously develop knowledge of business units target markets and trends in those markets and how the products and services are/or may be utilized in the target markets.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and present financial impact of proposed opportunities to leadership.
  • Participate, where appropriate, in the development of marketing strategies for the company's operating divisions, products and services that capitalize on key market drivers and the development of a powerful corporate image.
  • Support development of compelling marketing content and support creative design efforts to drive company and brand awareness through industry publications, media, and appropriate public relations opportunities.
  • Contribute to the department goal of improved efficiency and effectiveness, including the capture of strategic client opportunities using approved reference resources that support proposal and presentation development activities.
  • Establish and maintain analytic reports with the necessary data to invoice clients, oversee process for invoicing clients, collaborate with finance to track payments.
  • Work cross-functionally with data and analytics team on required data extracts for manufacturer programs and support/trouble shoot as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team/collaborative environment.
  • Share knowledge to build expertise in others.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to understand overall performance of program and assigned trade client services coordinator.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a Communications-related field, or equivalent Account Management experience required.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
  • 5 years' experience required for the following:
    • Within a healthcare setting participating or managing clients' accounts.
    • Developing and implementing complex winning business strategies, while incorporating a consultative-sales approach.
    • Delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the norm.
    • Strategic business development and project management experience or similar related experience.
    • Proficient utilization of PC in both spreadsheet and word processing desktop environment including software applications including Microsoft products.
  • 2+ years of direct or indirect supervisory/management and/or coaching and mentoring experience required
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
