Position Title: Final Assembler
Wage: $16.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri); 7:00am-12:00pm (overtime Sat) QPS Employment Group has a great Final Assembler position available at a company in Loves Park, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Final Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble electronic boards, wiring, foam, lighting, fasteners, plastic pieces, and other components for dartboard units. - Use handheld pneumatic (electric) drills and screwdrivers with proper technique, including safe handling of drill bits. - Follow detailed build instructions and blueprints in English to ensure accurate assembly. - Drill holes using templates to ensure correct placement for clips, speakers, hinges, rivets, and inserts. - Load and unload units from trucks using two-wheel dollies. - Train and work across three different assembly areas: prep, build, and test, typically spending two weeks in each. - Prepare cabinets for subsequent assembly steps, ensuring quality and precision.
