As a Security Guard - Telecom Entry Screener in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener in a dynamic tech-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for mobile patrols as well as routine checks. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and screen individuals entering the location, verifying credentials and following established protocols.
• Report and document any unusual activities, incidents, or security-related concerns in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and local authorities as necessary to address security-related matters.
• Remain alert to potential risks and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with security-related procedures and protocols relevant to the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
