As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driver in Hampton, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. Your responsibilities include routine patrols, visible engagement with those onsite, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities, with duties tailored to an aerospace and defense environment.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Support emergency response efforts by communicating promptly with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent Allied Universal while interacting with staff, visitors, and/or contractors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
