As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Lead in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol the manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and routine patrols. You will interact with people on-site, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
