How you make a difference in this role: See Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning With the Director of FMPI, lead the divisions financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Build and maintain detailed financial models in support of strategic initiatives. Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to the Director of FMPI.
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelors degree in accounting, business, health administration or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university is required. A Masters degree is preferred. Five years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial modeling, preferably within healthcare, benefits, insurance and / or the public sector. Demonstrated skills in problem solving and self-motivation. Demonstrated ability to obtain results and multitask in a fast-moving environment with different functional areas. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and develop effective relationships across functions and all levels of management. Demonstrated skills in coaching and leveraging work through others. Oversee the extraction, aggregation and quality assurance of data in support of reporting and quantitative analyses; and the development and performance of vendor accountability activities, including reconciliations and claims reviews.
