As a Front Desk Officer in a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming employees and visitors, managing access control, monitoring alarms and cameras, and documenting security-related activity with clear communication. You will support a professional lobby presence, respond to requests with a people-first approach, and partner with site leadership to promote an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Staff the front desk in a primarily stationary post, monitoring the lobby and entry points and maintaining a professional presence to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification, confirm appointments, and direct guests to the appropriate department or contact.
• Manage visitor access processes including issuing and collecting temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and following sign-in and sign-out requirements.
• Monitor access control systems and lobby cameras where applicable, and report irregular activity according to site-specific procedures.
• Answer phones and route calls as assigned, provide general information, and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal contact.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disruptions, suspicious persons, and facility alarms.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, completing incident reports and shift activity documentation as required.
• Support branch staff with security-related requests such as key control and opening and/or closing procedures when assigned.
• Maintain awareness of compliance requirements common to financial institution locations, such as restricted area access rules and customer privacy expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3+ years' combined law enforcement/military/security experience or a college degree.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
