We are looking for a Principal Engineer who will report to the Director of Fabric Core Platform team. The Core Fabric Platform team is responsible for all Compute infrastructure of Microsoft Fabric. This engineer will be working closely with feature teams within the Fabric Core Platform team to tech lead and develop projects related to high scale and resiliency. This person may act as an architect for some areas of the product as well. We do not just value differences or different perspectives. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
