About This Position ChristianaCare is searching for a self-sufficient individual to primarily manage all aspects of Continuing Medical Education (CME) events. This role will also manage the CME Office, including programs and projects to ensure all compliance and regulatory standards with the ACCME (Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education) are met. The Manager will serve as an institutional resource to all medical staff and departments regarding accreditation, CME activity coordination, monitoring, reporting and other needs of the adult learner. PLEASE NOTE: A strong background in event planning is paramount to this role. Principal duties and responsibilities:
Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required. 2 - 3 years of experience should include a combination of continuing medical education coordination (preferred) and exposure to education event planning (required). Annual Compensation Range $63,107.20 - $100,984.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
