Windsor, CT
Service Administrator (Onsite - Windsor, CT)
Be the operational hub of a busy, growing service team.
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Windsor, CT, branch. If you enjoy keeping things on track, working with customers, and being the go-to person who makes the office run smoothly, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, onsite position with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
  • Operations & Dispatch Support
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Create and manage work orders.
  • Enter and maintain accurate notes
  • Handle general office and administrative support tasks
  • Assist with estimates and service documentation
  • Customer & Team Support
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for customer questions and issues
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Support the Branch Manager with operational improvements and new initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, or office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Successful background check and drug screen required
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate $25-$28/hr, based on experience
