Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.


Position Summary

The Instrument Technician or I&E Technician would be an active Team member in support of a Process Facility during the final stages of a Turnaround, the commissioning, start up, and then part or all of the next process run campaign


Responsibilities

Installing, calibrating or zeroing.

Troubleshooting or diagnosing, and maintaining or repairing electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instruments and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency and safely.

Documentation: Prepare and update instrumentation and control documentation including service reports and daily progress reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with client representatives and other technicians on troubleshooting and problem solving to improve system performance, skill sets and safety.

Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.


Qualifications

Experience with Yokogawa Devices and Field Buss Control System Network.

Experience prepare and update instrumentation and control documentation including service reports and daily progress reports.

Education Requirements

A Technical Degree is a plus.
