What You Will Do

  • Responsible for Cash Management and Forecasting, ensuring cash is correctly positioned by bank and currency to efficiently meet business needs as well as positioning in investments to increase return on funds held. Will work closely with other FHR capabilities to understand short term cash draws and builds and communicating the daily position to management with metrics and commentary to drive decisions on cash management and positioning. This includes day-to-day, weekly and monthly responsibilities. Will partner with other treasury analysts to incorporate short term forecasting into longer term liquidity planning, understanding drivers, mental models and range of outcomes.
  • Responsible for Bank Account Management, including bank account and investment structure, bank services and bank account signers. Working closely with our bank relationship contacts to understand new products and services that can be used to meet the needs of FHR's banking structure and service needs. Exploring options to understand potential value and providing a recommendation on tools and structure to be implemented. Partnering with internal capabilities to ensure we have any necessary documents for our signers and working with the bank to maintain the signers on each account.
  • Ownership of reporting and metrics around cash within FHR and to its parent. Utilizing these reports and metrics to convey FHR's cash position, results achieved as well as recommendations, opportunities and items to be aware of.
  • Participate with the team in identifying, challenging and implementing advancements in efficiencies and technology in all treasury processes. This would include participating in and leading various treasury projects.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of Treasury, Accounting or Finance experience
  • Experience with financial statements or forecasting
  • Experience in preparing and presenting analysis to support decision making
  • Experience using formulas & pivot tables in Microsoft Excel (including utilizing lookups)
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or other Business-related discipline
  • Experience with Cash Management or Bank Account Management
  • Experience using Kyriba (Treasury Management System)
  • Experience with Foreign Exchange
  • Knowledge of banking processes and practices
