The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$44,400.00 - $66,600.00

Purpose Statement: This role requires an understanding of focus factory processes and expertise in various technical areas. The individual will not only assist engineers with projects and experiments but also provide technical support to all departments in core functions like layouts, capacity models, and ergonomics, and guide Industrial Engineering teams in optimizing productivity and operational excellence across the manufacturing locations.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Technical Execution: Utilize hand and power tools to assist in the creation, analysis, and verification of manufacturing documentation, programs, and physical models.
  • Process Troubleshooting: Apply mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and process issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality output.
  • Engineering Support: Execute engineering projects and experiments under supervision, providing feedback on process control, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Support direct production line operators by implementing ergonomic improvements and optimized workstation layouts to enhance productivity.
  • Standards Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure all equipment setups meet corporate safety and risk awareness standards.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a One (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science.

  • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Other Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use a variety of manual and electric tools. A strong background in mechanical assembly, automotive repair, or technical hobbies is highly regarded.

  • Basic understanding of equipment operation, process control, and technical documentation. Must possess a proactive approach to learning complex manufacturing systems.
