This role will be supporting the sales organization through data-driven insights, process optimization, operational excellence and strategic execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams to enhance sales productivity, improve forecast and pipeline accuracy, streamline internal processes and drive execution against business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, customer data and productivity metrics to generate actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Provide segmentation analysis and revenue performance tracking to support business strategic decisions
  • Identify risks, gaps and opportunities in sales forecast as a guideline to assist in corrective actions
  • Coordinate and participate in various monthly performance reviews, assessing forecast reliability and accuracy.
  • Proactively analyze pipeline and win-loss data, reporting essential insights to sales leadership.
  • Provide business management support (BMS) to key stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are met.
  • Orchestrating/ coordinating/ consolidating of monthly business reviews

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics or similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in aggregating data from multiple sources to create coherent and actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and Data Visualization tools.
  • Adaptability to manage ambiguity, changing business requirements and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into clear, data-supported answers.

This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. within the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $95,000 to $130,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
