Summary
Responsible for designing and implementing exercise programs to promote physical well-being and overall health for patients and staff. Your role involves creating a positive and supportive environment, guiding individuals through tailored fitness routines, and contributing to the overall wellness initiatives of the hospital.

Essential Functions
-Be knowledgeable of all rules pertaining to the specific league.
-Maintain the cleanliness in respected area in which you are working.
-Fill out incident reports for any injures and give to MOD.
-Record all scores on the appropriate sheet and submit.
-Communicate any issues with players or staff.
-Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and any modifications to their exercise plans.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Bachelor's Degree Sports Fitness required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience with Sports related programs 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and injury prevention.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
