Summary
Supports the discovery, development, and evaluation of product enhancements for Central Dispatch, the country's largest self-managed auto transportation marketplace platform. This role focuses on the transaction lifecycle, translating customer insights and market research into actionable product improvements that serve carriers, shippers, and dealers throughout their journey from listing to delivery. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and implementation. This role prioritizes curiosity, learning agility, and a sense for productive inquiry over extensive experience. The ideal candidate asks thoughtful questions, seeks to understand the "why" behind problems, and demonstrates a genuine eagerness to grow into the product management discipline. USD 67,100.00 - 100,700.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $67,100.00 - $100,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
