Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Product Manager! About the role Under general direction, the Associate Product Manager assists senior members of product development/management team in identifying product needs; conducting competitive analysis; developing new products and/or enhancing the features of existing products; and working closely with operations, technology, business line, training and sales management involved in supporting and/or promoting Symetra's products. This position typically leads projects with basic or moderate-level complexity and may also manage the work of Product Analysts in support of product maintenance and development projects. Compensation Salary Range: $96,700- $161,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who you are:
